Before Lizz joined Formlabs, she built her career in the Fashion Industry, most recently as the Director of 3D Prototyping at Coach, where she led a team of technical designers 3D print fashion accessories hardware and jewelry for the brand. Lizz is passionate about connecting young women with 3D technology and has partnered with organizations like Tech Girlz, Girls Who Code and the Fashion Institute of Technology to teach workshops on digital design for jewelry. When she's not 3D modeling jewelry for her side business, Toolry, you'll find her teaching herself one of your grandmother's past times- knitting, soap making, embroidery or calligraphy.

 Liz’s passion for UX sparked early on in life as a marketing intern, teaching herself HTML and CSS on lunch breaks. By the time she graduated from Penn State, Liz joined the General Assembly's UX Design Immersive in Boston and started her career as a UX Designer and Researcher. She continued chasing new challenges and became a Product Designer at Chewy, the online pet retailer--designing, drinking the free IPAs & petting office dogs for about a year!

Melissa started out in recruiting, helping startups scale their organization before moving to product focusing on how products can drive value. Some of her projects included creating ‘tech talks for nontechnical people’, launching 15 new ASICS country specific websites across Europe, and rolling out a rewards points program in Japan for ASICS eCommerce and retail stores. Outside of work, she can be found walking her adorable new puppy around Boston, doing a movie marathon at the movie theater (don’t tell AMC), and traveling whenever she can.

Rebecca is the founder of LearnLux, a startup that empowers modern workplaces to offer financial wellness tools and education as an employee benefit. She is also on the advisory board of HubSpot, and has been honored with accolades such as the 2016 Forbes “30 Under 30” list for education. She has lived in Kenya, studying microfinance in an informal economy, and completed research in Germany, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Rebecca worked at the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence, founded Take Back the Tap at Clark University to reduce half a million plastic water bottles from landfills, and has spoken around the country about the future of work.

Aybike is an entrepreneur, ex-COO and proud mom of two school age boys. She co-founded Solectria Renewables, a solar inverter design and manufacturing company in 2005, spearheading operations and facilitating the growth of the company to 250 people, 100,000 sq.ft of manufacturing space and $100M annual revenue that resulted in a successful exit in 2014. Aybike was drawn to Formlabs when, in 2017, she came across a small intricate 3D printed part that was printed on a Form 2 printer at Tufts. Her passion is to build and grow successful teams, and balancing that with being an involved parent can be tough to achieve. Working part time at Formlabs as an Executive Recruiter, she considers herself fortunate to have found that balance.

Melissa Rubenstein is the Head of Public Relations at Outdoor Voices, an activewear brand on a mission to Get The World Moving by #DoingThings. Since joining in 2017, she acts as a one-woman-team and is responsible for all PR functions including the execution of strategy, identifying and forming brand narratives for brand and founder Ty Haney, and maintaining media relations. Before joining Outdoor Voices, Melissa was on the agency side in NYC at Derris and APA PR where she worked directly with Yael Aflalo of Reformation, Hillary Kerr of Clique, and Sara Blakely of Spanx, and where her admiration for female founders and the DTC space began. 


Originally from Bethesda, Md., Melissa now resides with her husband in Austin and is a dog mom to their 9-month-old Golden Retriever named Cooper.

She joined the company two years ago, as the company's first full-time, in-house communications hire and now manages the company's in-house PR and communications team. Since 2017, Emily has helped lead global announcements like the launch of Bumble Bizz and the company's first-ever Super Bowl ad campaign with Serena Williams earlier this year. Prior to Bumble, Emily spent six years on the Global PR team at Whole Foods Market. Emily also serves on the Board of Directors for local non-profit Austin Partners in Education, which helps support public school students and teachers in Austin ISD.
